Engrish poem? Or is it OCR gone wrong?

The lines in the following pictures were printed on a bag.
I think they are supposed to be a poem of some kind.
But this definitely looks like some type of "engrish", or some kind of OCR gone wrong.
Or both!

Ha ha ha!
To make things more weird, this Blogger has rotated the pictures in weird positions! :)))
(probably by using the phone orientation when I took the photos)
